You must confirm that you have read and agree to all the conditions below before your registration can be confirmed. Please call if you have any questions.

This is a FREE service to you! The apartment community pays us a commission for sending them qualified tenants. This is an easy, fast and free service for you, but, like most great deals, there's always the Fine Print. Follow these simple steps and your on your way to get a FREE MOVE!

  • You must use a property listed in the Free Move, Texas database.
  • You must not have learned of the property before registering with Free Move, Texas.
  • You must list FREE MOVE TEXAS on the Guest card, Application and Lease.
  • You must sign at least a 6-month lease.
  • You must stay current on your rent.
  • You must not be transferring to a sister property.
  • You must not be transferring(on-site transfer) within the same property.
  • You must not break your lease. Duh!

The following list shows what we will move FREE:

MORE LEGAL-EASE

FreeMoveTexas.com will not begin a move until all boxes are taped and sealed.

  • FreeMoveTexas.com will not accept responsibility for any items within a box or container unless the box or container was physically damaged by FreeMoveTexas.com
  • FreeMoveTexas.com will not accept responsibility for any furniture made with particleboard.
  • FreeMoveTexas.com reserves the right to waive responsibility for any item FreeMoveTexas.com feels cannot be moved safely.
  • FreeMoveTexas.com will not move any articles of clothing that are not properly boxed. FreeMoveTexas.com will not move loose articles of clothing. Duh!
  • FreeMoveTexas.com does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. A client who has met the criteria and is refused service will be compensated $135.00 instead of moving services.
  • FreeMoveTexas.com has the right to reschedule a move due to weather, truck break downs, or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • FreeMoveTexas.com will only schedule moves to apartment communities that you have registered, leased, and put FreeMoveTexas.com as your only Apartment Locator.

I have read and understand that if the apartment complex does not pay the referral fee based on the above guidelines listed above or for any other reason, I will be responsible for the cost of a move at the following rates:

  • 1 Bedroom = $265.00
  • 2 Bedroom = $315.00
  • 3 Bedroom = $365.00
  • 4 Bedroom = $445.00
  • 5 Bedroom = $ On Quotation
